For elderly with approved Home Care packages Passion Home Care in partnership with Trilogy Care, ensure that your budget is well managed by a Trilogy Care while your support needs will be attended to by Passion Home Care staff. Trilogy Care charges a reasonable percent from your home package towards your approved level of care, ensuring that you are left with enough funds to manage the type of care you need. Together our Vision is to be leading Home Care Providers aiming to inspire, equip and empower the Clients that we offer support making sure that set goals are achieved.
