Who are we?
Passion Care is a multi-disciplinary care service, offering a wide range of services for disability in children, young adults and elderly less than 65 years of age ensuring that they live a comfortable and quality life in the community providing short and long term flexible innovative and NDIs services supporting participants. Our vision is to be a leading disability provider of choice, aiming to inspire, equip, empower and provide care and support to disabled people, vulnerable people as well as providing positive solutions of the well the well-being towards employment to the unemployed persons.
We work with each person and/or their family to identify individual needs in order to provide appropriate support and services. Our aim is to support people with disability so that they pursue their goals and maximize their independence, living independently and be included in the community as fully participating citizens and to develop and support the capacity of people with disability to undertake activities that enable them to participate in the main stream community and in finding employment.
We value the life of disabled people by listening, understanding and speaking their language. We make sure that we are a mate to trust in.
